Covid-19 government guidelines and my Podiatry role - an update - 17th September 2020

Hello, I am making this announcement to allay patients fears with regards to the recent restrictions in our area. I have checked with our society, who have advised we are as health professionals allowed to continue to work. Strict infection control and ppe will continue to be carried out and worn.
Though I had covid 19 at the end of March, beginning of April, I still take nothing for granted. I have asthma, but i still choose to wear a mask when I am outside too. I want to protect not only you, but my family and friends too.
I understand if you are scared by all the new changes. This post is to give reassurance to patients, and their families.
